OUR WORKSHOPS AND PARTS DEPARTMENTS ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS. OUR SALES TEAM ARE ONLINE WITH CLICK & COLLECT SALES AVAILABLE.

On 23rd March we were instructed to close our business due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to support the national effort we operated a skeleton aftersales provision for authorities and key workers only.

Over the past few weeks we have made great strides to alter our business in light of social distancing, hygiene practices and providing a safe environment for our staff and customers.*

We will therefore be reopening our Aftersales Centres on Monday 11th of May, for the provision of Servicing, MOT, Parts and Bodyshop repairs. Our Sales Departments remain ‘on-line only’ with a click & collect Sales service available until we are advised to reopen the showrooms.

Staff safety and wellbeing remains our number one priority, therefore please bear with us as we look to increase workshop capacity over the coming weeks.

Please note, supply / availability of items may exceed our usual lead times due to suppliers being affected by COVID19.

VISITORS HEALTH NOTICE

To reduce the spread of germs, Vines Group are facilitating full social distancing within our showrooms, have enhanced hygiene standards throughout and when handling your bike.

Some steps we have taken:

Increased deployment of hand sanitizers and wipes within the business and more frequent sanitisation of surface areas within the business

Encouraging best practice handwashing

Facilitating safe distancing principles within our showroom for your comfort and adopting a no handshake policy.

For the safety of all, we would request where feasible, customers to leave the premises once their bike has been dropped off and only return once advised to do so; as waiting areas are limited under social distancing measures.

You can choose how you engage with us at your appointment.

  1. Contactless drop off - leave your keys in our secure key safe located on the side of our building, or use our self-service check in kiosk at reception or,
  2. Check in safely with a Service Advisor, observing social distancing measures or,
  3. If you have booked a collection and delivery slot, there will be a charge of up to £25 (depending on miles from retailer). Our drivers will wear gloves and will also observe the 2m rule at the collection property.

Important information:

Payment for goods or services must be paid by Credit or Debit card only.

If you have booked a loan bike there is a £15 per day insurance charge, reducing the insurance excess for the vehicle to only £50.

Whilst your bike is with us, we will use protective equipment when handling it and prior to return we will complete a full sanitisation of all touchpoints. We strongly advise customers to observe good hand hygiene before and after handling your bike.

Due to health & safety of our staff and customers, we will not be operating any courtesy lifts at this time, we can however, assist you with booking a taxi on the day should you require assistance.

Should you feel under the weather, we would advise you not to come in for your appointment; instead please contact us and we can look at another suitable date.

SALES DEPARTMENTS:

Our teams are still available to handle your enquiries online or via phone. We are able to offer a full purchase service to our customers, either online or via the telephone. You have the ability to reserve a bike, arrange finance, part exchange and immediate contactless collection of your bike from our centre.

In line with government guidelines, our showrooms for Vehicle Sales will continue to remain closed until lockdown eases.

I am due to collect my new bike.

Following government advice issued on 13 May, we are now able to facilitate contactless collection of your bike. Your bike will undergo a sanitisation programme with touchpoints sterilised prior to collection.
